Responsibilities

  • Perform product testing, quality checks, and diagnostic support for electronic products on the assembly line.

  • Maintain an efficient pace to meet production targets and uphold quality standards.

  • Conduct visual inspections to identify and report any defects or imperfections in finished products.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot defective products, ensuring they meet high-quality standards through repair and testing.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce product failures.

  • Assist in the development of training materials and maintain products allocated for training purposes.

  • Collaborate with team members to address line abnormalities and support short-term solutions for material defects.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area and handle small components with precision using hand tools.

  • Adapt to overtime work as needed to meet production demands and project deadlines.

  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support production operations effectively.

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the computer or consumer electronics manufacturing industry (ideal but not required)

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform meticulous visual inspections.

  • Manual dexterity and precision for handling small components during assembly processes.

  • Basic electronics troubleshooting knowledge, particularly with smartphone devices, is advantageous.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to established guidelines and SOPs.

  • Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Flexibility to work overtime as required to support production schedules and project needs.
